I am the founder and owner of Eye Love Skin and Brows. Cancellation Policy
NEW CLIENTS ONLY: When booking an appointment at my studio, all clients are required to pay a deposit to secure your appointment slot. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation, no-show/no-communication with me within 48 hours of your appointment time, this deposit is non-refundable (please see exceptions such as illness in my detailed studio policy). If the appointment is rescheduled within my cancellation policy, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment upon rescheduling or it will be fully refunded if you choose not to reschedule at this time. This policy is in place to ensure that I can continue to offer the best possible service and availability to all of my clients.
