Born and raised in Germany and based in the U.S. for over two decades, I am a licensed Esthetician and certified Permanent Makeup Artist specializing in natural, hyper-realistic brows. I am a Phibrows Artist, a title earned through elite training and ongoing education. My work is fully customized — no templates, no one-size-fits-all approach. Every brow is designed to complement your unique facial structure and natural brow growth. Cancellation Policy
New clients are required to pay a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure an appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total service cost at the completion of your appointment.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows or no communication will result in the remaining balance being charged. (Exceptions for illness or emergency are must be communicated via text message or call.)
Appointments rescheduled outside the 24-hour window may have the deposit transferred to a new date or refunded if not rescheduled.
Clients arriving 20 minutes or more late will forfeit their deposit and will be required to rebook a new appointment. Please allow adequate time for travel and parking to avoid being late.
Once a client relationship is established, deposits are no longer required.
Because these services are high demand and require a substantial time commitment, I appreciate your understanding that advance notice is essential.
