For this reason, appointment policies are in place to ensure that I am able to provide the highest quality of service in a timely manner. ————————————————————————- DEPOSIT-BASED POLICY When booking an appointment at my salon, a deposit is required to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. If appointment is rescheduled within the cancellation policy, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment upon rescheduling or refunded if client chooses to not reschedule. This policy is in place to ensure that I can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all my clients. ARRIVAL TIME Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service. TARDINESS Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment. NO-SHOW I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts me, my family, and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given, no communication via either text, email or phone call, and you do not show up for your appointment, I will charge the full amount of the scheduled service(s) to your account. I recommend that you contact me in advance if your plans change so I can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges. SICKNESS Skin care and other esthetic services are not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 48-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived. SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients. CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT To ensure optimal service and availability for all my clients, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or reschedules except in cases of contagious illness or family emergency. If a cancellation is made within less than 48 hours notice, the deposit amount will be forfeited. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client. CANCELLATION I do not bill insurance companies for missed appointments or late cancellations. You are responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancellation fees. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for 100% of the balance of your selected service(s). Your signature below authorizes and directs payment of to the esthetician/skin care professional for services provided by this office. Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards. All services provided are non-refundable. All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.
