I am the founder and owner of Eye Love Skin and Brows. Cancellation Policy
NEW CLIENTS ONLY: When booking an appointment with Eye Love Skin and Brows, all new clients, whom have never been seen at my studio, are required to pay a 25% deposit to secure your appointment slot. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment.
In the event of no-show/no-communication if your appointment within less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, the deposit amount will be non-refundable (please see exceptions including illness, emergency, etc. in my detailed studio policy). I am more than willing to work things out if you communicate with me; however, there is zero tolerance for no-shows!
If your appointment is rescheduled within my cancellation policy, your deposit will be either transferred to your new appointment time upon rescheduling or it will be fully refunded if you choose not to reschedule at this time.
This policy is in place to ensure that I can continue to offer the best possible service and availability to all of my clients. Thank you for your understanding. Once a client relationship has been established, deposits when booking appointments will no longer be required.
